Patch Testing for Colour Services
For your safety and peace of mind we patch test prior to our hair colouring services. If you have not had colour service with us recently, please pop in for a free patch test at least 48 hours prior to your colour appointment. It takes just minutes and you don’t need an appointment for the test.
Hair colour services do not include styling (cutting or blow-drying) allowing you to add a cut and finish or blow-dry with a stylist level of your choice. In a rush? After your colour a junior stylist can blow-dry your hair quickly (a rough dry) for just £15.50. Please ask reception at the time of your booking as these blow-dry appointments are limited and subject to availability.

To create your desired look we may need to use extra products and/or time, in which case we reserve the right to state prices are listed ‘from’ and will agree any price changes with you first.
Cancellation and Deposits
We appreciate your time is precious and occasionally you may need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. You are most welcome to do this, but we do need at least 24 hours notice so we have the opportunity to resell the appointment slot. Late cancellations, missed and no-show appointments will be charged 50% of the appointment cost. Services over 60 minutes may require a 25% deposit.
