Loyalty Rewards Programme

Who doesn’t love something for free, especially when it has real value…

The Stress Exchange Loyalty Rewards programme helps you earn reward points every time you spend on hair or beauty services and on products too!

Reward points give you greater spending power with money off The Stress Exchange services and/or products.

Plus, as a special treat, from time to time, we will run special bonus point offers for specific services and/or products. To be eligible for these special treats you will need to be on our mailing list so we can inform you directly, or follow us on social media for special bonus point offers.

Points are earned:

  • 100 points for referring a new guest to TSE (who then visits, has a service and pays)
  • 20 points for sharing feedback online (Tag TSE with your social comment)*
  • 20 points for rebooking a service at the time of checkout (prior to paying)
  • 20 points for feedback after a visit (by responding to our booking system Q&A)
  • 10 points for signing up to our online booking service / registering with TSE App
  • 5 points for self-service booking (online or via the app)
  • 1 point per £1 on all individual services
  • 1 point per £1 when purchasing a gift voucher
  • 1 point per £2 spent on packages (facials, massage, blow-dry, IPL etc.)
  • 1 point per £2 spent on products (inc. Aveda Environ ANP)

*Guest tags TSE into a social media post, identified by managers/FOH and points to be manually added to the guest account.

Term & conditions: Points can be redeemed on services and products, any day of the week. The minimum point redemption 100. The maximum redemption is 1000. Points expire after 365 days, guests will be emailed reminders 30 15 and 7 days before expiry.
